How To Become Attractive To The Opposite Sex

Isn't it amazing sometimes...you show absolutely no interest in dating and everyone's interested!

Why is that?

There's just something about a focused person that makes them attractive. A person who knows who they are, what they want, and knows they were created for a purpose.

This quality is attractive because it shows that you are independent, confident, and not desperate.

This demonstrates to the opposite sex that you aren't co-dependent or "clingy". You appear as a person with no baggage or someone who doesn't just settle for the first person that comes along. You are a "challenge" but in a good way.

Many times we have an unusual desire for another because we have unresolved issues in our past. We are seeking something we didn't receive as a child.

For a woman that didn't have a father in the home, you seek acceptance from a male.

You know your own unresolved issues better…

It's best to deal with those before you deal with you finding "The One".

Now please don't get me wrong. You'll never be perfect and you shouldn't expect to be. In your relationship you will develop together, learn to work together to make the relationship work, and compromise certain things to keep the peace. It is natural to want companionship, but when it begins to become your primary focus, goal and purpose for living, you began to forget that you as an individual need to become interesting to other people. Don't begin to live for..."I'll be glad when... ".

Enjoy singleness. Travel, take classes, learn to cook, learn a foreign language, and pursue your dreams. BECOME INTERESTING!!!

Become what you desire in a mate. You need to be ready when he or she comes. You'll need something to talk about. Don't worry. If you think you're not that interesting, you can start to become a more interesting person today. Notice the emphasis on the word become. Make a decision to start to become a better you on today. Not necessarily just to attract the opposite sex, but for yourself. It would be so disappointing to finally meet him or her and you aren't ready for that person because you were focusing so much on... "I'll be glad when...". Don't put your life on hold!

Use this time as a single to find your purpose, develop your gifts and talents, enjoy and create new hobbies that interest you, and prepare yourself to become and develop the same qualities that you desire to have in the man or woman that you would someday like to marry.

It's unfair to ask for qualities in a mate that you don't possess. It's unfair to you and your future spouse...you both only get half of what you could have been.
